Removed gold from Buried Treasure I/II/III.

Kai'Sa mana adjustment: 40/110 ⇒ 40/140
Lux mana adjustment: 25/45 ⇒ 0/40
Lux Final Spark damage: 750/1,125/3,333 ⇒ 700/1,050/3,333
Bug Fixes:

Fixed a bug that allowed Sett to become virtually invincible. It can no longer be exploited.
Correct amount of gold will now be provided when selling 4-cost units.
This additional patch was conducted for light meta adjustments and bug fixes before the official release of the regular patch (13.14). Adequate time has been allocated to thoroughly test the upcoming changes in the 13.14 patch next week.
