Patch Notes - July 21st, Balance Changes:
1. Akshan:
- Mana adjustment: 30/90 ⇒ 30/110
- Heroic Swing (Q) attack damage ratio: 130% ⇒ 125%
2. Karma:
- Inner Flame (Q) damage: 180/270/445 ⇒ 170/255/420
3. Soraka:
- Starcall (Q) health restoration: 200/225/250 ⇒ 170/190/220
- Astral Infusion (W) enhanced health restoration: 50% ⇒ 40%
4. Taric:
- Mana adjustment: 0/55 ⇒ 0/65
- Bastion (W) shield duration: 6 seconds ⇒ 4 seconds
Additional Patch Notes - Augmentations:
- Guardian's Friends unit tier: 3 ⇒ 2
- Guardian's Friends unit bug fix: Units will now properly be provided without being placed in the loot bin.
- Rapid Decision is now deactivated.
Additional Patch Notes - Bug Fixes:
- Fixed the bug where the store refresh cost was not reduced to 1 gold after refreshing ten times for a regular customer.
